TE Connectivity 330003 Termi-Foil Splice Connector is a silver-finished, uninsulated splice connector designed for industrial electrical and electronic applications. With a barrel termination type and contact dimensions of 23.67 x 11.53 mm, this connector supports wire sizes from 12 AWG minimum to 10 AWG maximum, providing high reliability and performance for power connections.
The Termi-Foil terminals enable the use of aluminium foil strip instead of copper wire windings, especially applicable in transformer manufacturing. They penetrate oxide layers and insulation, producing air-tight and moisture-resistant connections when clamped.
These copper and tin terminals exceed current-carrying requirements and do not introduce noise in sensitive audio circuits.
