Product Description
Schneider Electric NSYFPLS1827G is a PanelSeT Series enclosure made from grey fibreglass reinforced polyester, measuring 135mm in height, 180mm in length, and 270mm in width. This general purpose insulating enclosure provides excellent protection with an IP65 ingress rating and IK09 impact resistance, meeting IEC 62208 and UL standards, making it ideal for industrial, electrical distribution control, and infrastructure applications.
The enclosure body is designed with moulded mounting bosses that include M6 inserts to facilitate easy assembly. Although the lid is not included, the enclosure can be secured with multiple screws depending on size, and it supports vertical and horizontal connections to form sets for varied functionalities. It offers Class II insulation and features self-extinguishing properties withstanding a 960°C fire resistance test.
This enclosure is suitable for indoor and outdoor environments, being resistant to harsh atmospheres, halogen free, and ensuring no electrical contact risk. Its robust design withstood tests for both dust and water ingress, confirming IP65 rating, and mechanical impacts as per IK09.
