Sensirion SFM3000 Low Pressure Drop Flow Meter for Gas, 200 L/min Min/Max, 5V Digital Interface

The Sensirion SFM3000-200C is a high-precision low pressure drop flow meter designed for measuring gas flow rates ranging from 200 liters per minute minimum to 200 liters per minute maximum. This digital flow sensor employs Sensirion's patented CMOSens sensor technology which integrates the sensor element, signal processing, and digital calibration on a single microchip to deliver accurate, stable, and temperature-compensated measurements.

Operating with a low-pressure drop across the sensor body and a compact design suitable for pipe diameters around 22 mm, this flow meter supports a 2-wire I2C digital interface enabling easy integration into automated control systems. It operates with a maximum supply voltage of 5 V and can withstand operating pressures up to 1.3 bar, with operating temperatures from -20°C to 80°C.

The sensor provides a typical accuracy of ±1.5% of the measured value and features a very fast response time of 0.5 milliseconds. The device ensures zero offset with no drift, making it highly reliable for long-term deployment in demanding applications.

Certified under RoHS and compliant with standards including ISO 5356-1:2004, AEC Q 100 002 (4kV HBM), ISO 10993 or USP Class VI, and REACH, the SFM3000 series Flow Meter is especially suitable for process automation, burner and fuel cell control, spectroscopy, environment monitoring, and critical medical ventilation systems.

The SFM3000-200C model includes a protective cap or cover for additional sensor protection. Its bidirectional flow measurement capability (from -200 sL/min to 200 sL/min) supports comprehensive gas flow monitoring in industrial, laboratory, HVAC, and manufacturing environments.
