Hammond 1599RFIBBK is a black handheld enclosure made from flame retardant ABS plastic with UL94-V0 flame rating, designed for electronic component protection. Its compact size of 130 mm length, 65 mm width, and 25 mm height fits handheld applications requiring robust enclosure solutions.

The enclosure offers IP54 ingress protection, safeguarding against dust ingress and water splashes, making it suitable for industrial and electrical environments. PCBs can be securely mounted inside using the integral bosses, and a keyhole knockout on the rear allows for convenient wall mounting.

The top cover is recessed, allowing installation of membrane switches or displays, with the lid fastening via Philips machine screws threading into durable brass bushings for frequent assembly.
