The SMC AMJ3000-03B pneumatic separator is engineered for industrial and pneumatic air preparation applications where removal of water droplets is critical. Suitable for installation in vacuum lines feeding pumps and ejectors, it prevents operational malfunctions caused by water accumulation.

This separator handles a maximum flow rate of 200L/s via its Rc 3/8 connection thread standard. It is capable of operating safely between 1 bar minimum and 1 MPa maximum pressure, with temperature limits from 5°C to 60°C to suit various working conditions.

The element uses Nitrile Rubber (NBR) seals and a polycarbonate bowl to effectively separate over 90% of water droplets from the air. Its special water droplet removing element, combined with a manual drain cock, enables easy maintenance by allowing manual drainage after vacuum breaks.
