Product Description

RS PRO 121-2709 ESD Dissipative Turntable is specially engineered to provide a reliable and safe working surface for electronic and sensitive assembly operations where electrostatic discharge can cause damage. The turntable features an octagonal shape and is constructed with galvanised steel to offer structural strength and durability.

The surface has a 6.35 mm thick conductive cross link polyethylene foam that dissipates static electricity effectively. Its low profile measuring 25.4 mm in height allows easy rotation and accessibility in ESD protected areas.

Capable of supporting weights up to 23 kg, this turntable is suitable for handling heavier assemblies in industrial, manufacturing, laboratory, and electronics assembly applications. The electrostatic charges generated on items placed on the turntable are safely removed to ground either through contact with an ESD grounded work surface or via a ground cord connected to the ring terminal.

The device meets the EN 61340-5-1 standard ensuring its compliance with industry requirements for ESD control and protection, making it suitable for use within EPA (Electrostatic Protected Areas).
