The enclosure's 10° sloping front is designed to facilitate ease of data input, making it ideal for fitting keypads and membrane keypads or labels recessed on the top face. This design supports both desktop and wall-mounted electronic devices, with internal mounting pillars designed to securely house printed circuit boards (PCBs).

The enclosure incorporates a flat rear surface for mounting connectors and switches, ensuring effective device integration. It provides IP40 protection, safeguarding against solid objects larger than 1mm and limited water ingress. The enclosure is offered in two versions: Version I without a battery compartment lid and Version II with a battery compartment lid, with screw-in battery cradles ordered separately for Version II models.
