Product Description
SICK RZC1-04ZUS-KP0 pneumatic sensor cable with connector M8 is a magnetic cylindrical sensor designed to detect piston positions within pneumatic actuators using standard C-slot mounting. Operating at 30V DC and protected by IP67 ingress protection, this sensor is ideal for industrial automation including pneumatic cylinders, linear slides, and grippers.
The sensor features a normally open output function with reed switching action and an LED indicator to display the output state clearly. Its robust plastic polyamide housing ensures durability under harsh conditions withstanding temperature ranges from -30°C to 80°C. The combined fixing screw allows quick and easy installation using an Allen key or flat-head screwdriver without removing the cylinder end caps.
Enclosure ratings extend to IP68 and IP69K variants, providing excellent resistance against dust, water, and high-pressure washdowns, thus reducing maintenance costs and enhancing sensor longevity.
