Product Description

Peppers E1WFK2/25/M25 cable gland is a black brass industrial-grade gland designed with an M25 thread size and suitable for cables with diameters ranging from 20.3 mm up to 27.4 mm. This cable gland boasts an IP66 rating, making it dust-tight and capable of withstanding strong jets of water, ideal for harsh industrial and outdoor environments.

Manufactured from nickel-plated brass and sealed with neoprene, the gland ensures superior cable retention and optimal strain relief, maintaining secure terminations in demanding conditions. It is ATEX approved, certified for flameproof (Ex d), increased safety (Ex e), and restricted breathing (Ex nR) classifications, making it suitable for use in hazardous zones 1, 2, 21, and 22 with gas groups IIA, IIB, and IIC.

The product is designed primarily for use with steel wire armoured cables, commonly found in oil and gas installations, food and beverage processing sites, and electrical enclosures requiring high ingress protection and safety standards.

Each package contains two cable glands, copper earthing tags, brass locknuts, and PCP shrouds, ensuring complete installation readiness. Its operating temperature range is from -20°C to 85°C, accommodating a variety of industrial temperature conditions.
