Product Description
The Figaro TGS813-A00 is a gas sensor module designed for the detection of natural gas and other combustible gases such as methane, propane, and butane. This sensor employs tin dioxide (SnO2) semiconductor technology, providing an electrical output proportional to the concentration of detected gases.
With a compact nylon 66 housing measuring 16.5mm in width and length, and 17mm in height, the TGS813-A00 is suitable for integration into a wide range of portable and domestic gas detection systems. It operates reliably within temperature extremes from -40°C to 70°C and requires a supply voltage between 200mV and 24V, facilitating flexible circuit designs.
This sensor module features six pins for easy PCB mounting and connection. It offers a cost-effective, long-life solution for monitoring natural gas leaks, LPG detection, and general combustible gas monitoring applications. The TGS813-A00 is intended primarily for non-critical components and is not approved for life support systems.
