Cypress Semiconductor CY8CMBR3 is a capacitive touch sensor that operates at a minimum supply voltage of 1.71 V with a sensing distance of 300 mm. It is housed in a 16-pin QFN package measuring 3 mm by 3 mm by 550 µm.This sensor IC features an open drain output type suitable for various control systems in industrial, consumer electronics, and automation applications.

The sensor is capable of withstanding a maximum operating temperature of 85°C and a minimum operating temperature down to -40°C, making it suitable for a broad range of environmental conditions.
