This solid sheet is constructed from high-purity Polypropylene homopolymer, ensuring minimal contamination and excellent chemical resistance. It is designed for industrial, laboratory, manufacturing, electrical and mechanical applications where a robust and lightweight plastic material is needed.

Polypropylene is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic known for its toughness, low water absorption, and electrical insulation properties. This grade features a tensile strength of 35 MPa, hardness rating of 80 Ball Indentation, and an impact strength of 12 kJ/m², providing durability and reliability under mechanical stresses. The product meets DIN 50014 standards and has a flammability rating of UL94 HB with a maximum operating temperature of 80°C.

This beige sheet is suitable for fabrication into parts used in food processing, medical, and water treatment industries due to its high purity and resistance to chemicals, including dilute acids and solvents. Its flexible nature alongside good fatigue resistance allows it to maintain shape after repeated bending and stress.

The sheet has low thermal conductivity at 0.17 W/mK and minimal water absorption at 0.03%, making it ideal in environments requiring moisture resistance and thermal stability. While it is difficult to bond with adhesives, it can be easily welded for assembly or repairs.
