Ruland MOST13-5-A aluminium set screw style flexible coupler features a 12.7 mm outside diameter, 5 mm bore diameter, and 5.6 mm hub length designed for reliable coupling of shafts in light industrial and motion control applications. It is engineered to accommodate small angular, parallel, and axial misalignments making it suitable for precise mechanical power transmission tasks.

This set screw style Oldham coupling includes two anodised aluminium hubs and a replaceable centre torque disc made of acetal or nylon, providing torsional protection to connected equipment by acting as torque limiters. The unique three-piece design ensures robust performance while protecting machinery from overloads with easily replaceable discs.

With a rated maximum rotational speed of 4500 rpm, it is ideal for use with servo and stepper motors and other motion control systems, particularly where electrical isolation and minimal inertia are critical. The coupler's construction complies with RoHS and REACH directives, emphasizing its environmental compliance and safety.

The hubs are secured to the shafts via one set screw on the smaller diameters (13 mm and 19 mm hubs). Larger hub sizes use two set screws positioned 90° apart to ensure a secure fit.
