Cynergy3 MS10B Cable Float Switch is a high-quality sensor designed to monitor liquid levels in large tanks, cisterns, and reservoirs, ideal for integration with submersible pumps. The float switch features a durable blow-moulded polyethylene case with hermetic sealing by injected closed-cell polyurethane, protecting the internal switch mechanisms from moisture and contamination.

This model includes a 5-meter PVC cable with protective earth conductor, enabling convenient installation in varied industrial environments. It operates reliably within a temperature range of 0°C to 45°C, and can sustain pressures up to 10 bar, allowing for deployment under water depths up to 100 meters.

The switch incorporates a stainless-steel ball actuator that provides an electrical life expectancy of up to 200,000 operations and uses a normally closed (NC) single pole normally closed (SPNC) output configuration, switching off the circuit when liquid levels exceed the set point. Rated for a maximum electrical load of 250 V AC and 24 V DC with a current capacity of 10 A, it supports high load operations safely.

Construction materials include high density polyethylene for the housing and PVC for the cable, with options for PUR cables available on specific variants for fuel oil applications. The product is compliant with UL and VDE certifications ensuring adherence to rigorous safety and performance standards, although it has no hazardous area certification.
