Product Details
Our HAG is an automatic system for fusion, measurement of moisture, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) or loss of ignition (LOI) determination. Plastic vials with 20 to 50 g of sample material are manually or automatically placed into the tray of the input magazine. All the subsequent steps in the process are fully automated sample dosing for fusion, flux weighing, fusion and transport of fusion beads to the XRF, cleaning of crucibles, and casting dish with no need for operator intervention. This complete and automatic control brings exceptional precision to your analysis and your laboratory. You will also benefit from the flexibility that comes from our HAGs customizable features, allowing you to tailor a solution that perfectly suits your requirements. Components that can be combined include an input tray magazine, dosing module, fusion module, cleaning module, and TGA module. Our HAG is suited for use with a range of oxidic sample materials including cement, slag, ores, and ferroalloys, with a maximum feed size of 200Micrometer
