Product Description

Igus CFBUS.PUR.045 (100m) chainflex bus cable featuring 8 copper stranded cores of 0.15mm² (25 AWG), screened for reliable data transmission in demanding industrial environments. The cable is constructed with a purple polyurethane jacket to deliver high abrasion resistance and superior oil protection for heavy-duty applications both indoors and outdoors.

This cable supports various bus protocols such as Ethernet (Power over Ethernet on select models), CAN-bus, Profibus, and Profinet, ensuring compatibility with automation and control systems. The patented bundle core design provides a small bend radius, enhancing cable longevity and flexibility especially in dynamic and continuous cable carrier installations.

The polyurethane sheath is engineered for excellent resistance to oils, chemicals, and harsh mechanical stresses. Its clean-room compatibility (ISO Class 1) along with halogen-free and flame retardant properties help meet stringent safety standards (CE, EN, IEC 60332-1-2, DIN EN 50363-4-1, DIN EN 60754, UL/CSA, NFPA 79-2018, RoHS-II, MUD-resistant NEK 606, and more).
