TE Connectivity TRSA-1019/G/1/5 is a heat shrink cable marker crafted for professional cable management in electrical, automation, and industrial environments. It helps users organize, identify, and label cables with a diameter range from 4 mm to 12 mm efficiently.
Manufactured from irradiated polyolefin, the cable marker is engineered to shrink to approximately 33% of its original diameter when heated above 120°C. The white sleeve features a bold black pre-printed legend '5', making it perfect for environments where cable identification needs to remain highly visible even under poor lighting conditions.
The marker supports a wide temperature range, from -55°C to 135°C, and withstands short exposures up to 300°C. Its flame retardant design (ASTM D876, burn time more than 5 seconds) ensures enhanced safety for commercial, industrial, and laboratory cable management. With a tensile strength of 5 MPa, it offers robust durability and resistance to mechanical stresses.
Three sizes are available in the TRSA series, with this variant offering a nominal internal diameter of 12 mm (heat shrunk to fit 4 mm cables). It is not intended for additional printing, providing ready-to-use identification right out of the packaging.
The sleeve is easily installed and offers resistance to common fluids, making it suitable for use in challenging and heavy-duty installations such as control panels, laboratories, field service, construction sites, and manufacturing facilities.
Complies with IEC 243, ISO 37, ISO 1817, ISO 188, and ASTM D876 standards, ensuring global acceptance in professional applications. Country of origin is United Kingdom. Suitable for electrical, industrial, construction, and laboratory cable management. Explore more Cable Marker solutions in Electronics & Electricals at EnvMart.
