Staubli Test Lead Kit with MC4 Safety Sockets for Measuring Instruments, PVC Leads 150 cm, 32.1198-150-21 +32.1199-150-22

The Staubli Test Lead Kit, model 32.1198-150-21 +32.1199-150-22, provides a dedicated solution for secure signal and power measurements in photovoltaic (PV) modules and integrated systems. Tailored specifically for use with measuring instruments equipped with MC4 safety sockets, this kit enables reliable testing and diagnostics for voltage and current outputs in both professional and laboratory settings.

Each kit contains a pair of highly flexible, PVC insulated test leads: one male adapter and one female adapter. With a length of 150 cm, the leads allow users to make convenient and secure test connections even where components are mounted in tight, access-limited configurations. The use of MC GEN 2 (4 mm connectors) ensures compatibility with a wide range of modern PV systems and safe measurement practices per industry standards.

Engineered for high usability, the test leads feature MC-PV plug terminations on one end and either a male or female MC safety connector on the other, supporting versatile system integration. The robust insulation and flexibility are ideal for field and laboratory measurements, while the modular adapter system streamlines both setup and disassembly.

This kit is particularly suitable for applications involving photovoltaic modules, solar power arrays, industrial energy monitoring systems, or any scenario requiring the safe measurement of high or low voltage DC circuits via MC4 interface. Designed to withstand regular handling in demanding environments, the PVC covering ensures long-term insulation integrity and operator safety.

Whether in renewable energy R&D, solar installation commissioning, ongoing operations, or routine maintenance checks, Staubli’s kit increases measurement reliability and minimizes connector wear or cross-contact risks. With its focus on safety and compatibility, it is a dependable accessory for engineers, technicians, and maintenance professionals operating in solar, test, and measurement domains.
