Product Description
These unit features are Sludge dewatering and Flocculation system.First Polyelectrolyte solution is prepared by mixing polyelectrolyte (powder form) with water in a Polypreparation tank and then it is pumped through the poly dosing pump to Flocculator. Sludge from the sludge-settling tank is also fed to the Flocculator using the sludge feed pumps of capacity, with a facility for flow adjustment. In the Flocculator the sludge and the poly is mixed continuously with a poly solution. Poly dosing is adjusted to achieve the formation of big flocks.Bag De-watering System consists of a poly-mixing tank, Poly preparation tank poly dosing pump, and Teknobag Draimad sludge dewatering equipment.
