Product Description
The process consists of two beds filled with carbon molecular sieves (CMS). Nitrogen is produced as product gas when pre-filtered compressed air passes through his CMS bed. Exhaust gases (oxygen, carbon dioxide, etc.) are released into the atmosphere. Once the CMS bed is saturated, the process switches nitrogen regeneration to another bed while the saturated bed undergoes regeneration by depressurization to atmospheric pressure. This ensures a continuous supply of nitrogen to the system.
