Product Description
Effluent treatment system is used to treat wastewater effluents before it is discharged into rivers or lakes. This system consists of an aeration tank, biological filter, clarifier and sludge storage tanks. The aeration tank provides oxygen for microorganisms to break down organic matter in the waste water. The biological filter removes nitrogenous compounds and phosphorous from the waste water. The clarifier separates solids from the liquid. The sludge is then stored in the sludge storage tank until it can be disposed off safely.
