Scope of service: We design and execute comprehensive baseline water quality studies as part of EIA. This includes monitoring of groundwater and surface water in the project area and its zone of influence over three seasons (pre-monsoon, monsoon, post-monsoon). We establish the existing water quality profile, which is critical for impact prediction and post-project monitoring.

Process flow: Design of monitoring network (wells and surface water points) covering the study area → Seasonal sampling over a minimum of one year → Analysis of a comprehensive set of physico-chemical and biological parameters → Statistical analysis of data to establish baseline conditions and trends → Preparation of a detailed baseline water quality report for inclusion in the EIA.
