Scope of service: We act as your EPR fulfillment partner. Services include calculating your annual EPR target based on sales, identifying and onboarding authorized recyclers/dismantlers across India, setting up and managing a pan-India collection network (including take-back schemes, collection centers, and awareness drives), logistics coordination, and ensuring environmentally sound processing. We provide full documentation and quarterly reports on collection and recycling progress.

Process flow: Assessment of annual EPR target based on product put on market → Development of a customized collection & channelization strategy → Onboarding of authorized recyclers and logistics partners → Implementation of collection programs and consumer awareness campaigns → Coordination of logistics from collection points to recycling facilities → Compilation of monthly/quarterly data and generation of end-to-end audit trail documents (e-Waste Manifests, recycling certificates) → Submission of fulfillment report to the producer.
