Scope of service: We manage the end-to-end return filing process. This includes designing data collection templates for your sales, collection, and recycling partners, verifying and reconciling the data (including verifying certificates from recyclers), drafting the detailed annual return in the prescribed format, and ensuring accurate submission on the regulatory portal before the deadline.

Process flow: Initiation with data request and collection templates sent to client → Aggregation and validation of data from various sources (sales, collection points, recyclers) → Drafting of the comprehensive return report → Internal quality review and client approval → Final online submission on the CPCB portal and acknowledgment retrieval → Secure archiving of all supporting documents for audit.
