Process flow: Issuance of standardized data collection sheets to client and partners → Data aggregation, reconciliation, and validation against targets → Preparation of the detailed annual return in the prescribed format → Client review and approval → Final online submission on the EPR portal → Archiving of all supporting evidence (collection records, processing certificates).
