The HI93531N is a 0.1° resolution K-type thermocouple thermometer designed for use with a wide variety of K-type probes, offering temperature readouts in both degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit. With one-point calibration capability and accuracy up to ±0.5℃, along with a backlit LCD, it is ideal for high-precision temperature measurements in laboratories, field applications, and low-light environments. The CAL function allows calibration at a single point in a 0℃ ice bath when probes are interchanged to ensure maximum accuracy. It supports interchangeable probes, including the HI766 series, enabling measurement of surfaces, gases, air, liquids, and semi-solid samples. Users can easily switch between ℃ and ℉ with a dedicated button. The high/low function continuously tracks and displays maximum and minimum temperature values on the lower portion of the screen, with a CLR button to reset these values. The HOLD function freezes the display for convenient recording while the device continues internal monitoring and updates high and low readings. The backlit LCD enhances visibility in dim conditions and automatically turns off after approximately one minute of inactivity to conserve battery life. Additionally, the Battery Error Prevention System (BEPS) ensures reliable operation by detecting weak batteries, while the low battery indicator alerts users when the battery level drops below 10% by displaying a blinking warning symbol.
