The HI98163 features a specialized FC2323 Foodcare PVDF body pH electrode with a stainless steel piercing blade to directly measure meat, poultry, and semi-solid samples. It offers both manual and automatic temperature compensation over a wide range (-20.0 to 120.0°C), and supports up to five-point calibration with seven standard (1.68, 4.01, 6.86, 7.01, 9.18, 10.01, 12.45) and five custom buffer solutions, ensuring maximum versatility and accuracy.
