Brady Red 2-Lock ABS Gate Valve Lockout with 9.65 mm Shackle Diameter CGV-7

Brady CGV-7 Red 2-Lock ABS Gate Valve Lockout is a collapsible safety device designed for securely locking out gate valves with up to 178 mm hand wheel diameter. Made from rugged injection-moulded acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), this lockout facilitates easy rotation around valve handles to prevent unauthorized operation by fully covering the valve handle.

The design supports up to two padlocks with shackles up to 9.65 mm diameter, increasing safety by allowing multiple users to apply their locks. Its collapsible feature reduces the device size to one third of its full size, aiding convenient storage on maintenance carts and within lockout kits.

The lockout is engineered for demanding industrial environments with a service temperature tolerance from -40°C to 100°C and features a unique knockout center that accommodates OS & Y or rising stem valves.
