The resistors are manufactured using a screen printed and fired resistive element, covered with a durable passivation layer for enhanced reliability. Each resistor is precision trimmed to 1% tolerance by laser processing to ensure accurate resistance values.

The pre-scribed substrate is broken into strips, fired with end plating, and separated into individual components which have a matte tin finish over a nickel barrier layer, providing excellent corrosion protection and solderability. This kit contains 100 pieces per resistor value, enabling engineers and technicians to meet various design and repair requirements with a broad selection of commonly used resistor values.
