STMicroelectronics T3050H-6G is a surface mount 3-pin TRIAC semiconductor device designed specifically for high power control applications with a voltage rating of 600 V and average on-state current rating of 30 A.

Utilizing ST Snubberless™ technology, this TRIAC delivers superior dynamic performance with very low power loss and excellent thermal dissipation, allowing optimization of heatsink size and improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness compared to electro-mechanical solutions.
