Igus CF130.03.05.UL Chainflex® PVC control cable is a high-quality unscreened control cable designed for medium load electrical control applications. It features 5 stranded bare copper cores with an American Wire Gauge of 22 AWG and each core with a cross-sectional area of 0.34mm², suitable for signal and control systems requiring reliable data transfer.

The cable has a grey thermoplastic elastomer outer sheath that is flame retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2 and related standards, ensuring safety in industrial and commercial environments. Its construction offers silicon-free materials providing resistance against oils and torsional stress, making it ideal for use in energy chain applications and indoor installations.

Operating voltage is rated at 300V, with a temperature range from -5°C minimum to a maximum of 70°C, offering versatility in various HVAC, manufacturing, automation, and process control settings. The cable is unscreened and not armoured, facilitating flexible installation in control panels, machinery wiring, and automated equipment.

The outer sheath is specifically engineered with a low-adhesion PVC mixture adapted to meet the requirements of Energy Chains® as per DIN VDE 0282 Part 10 standards, enhancing cable movement and longevity during repeated bending or gliding.

This product is CE and EN certified, manufactured in Germany, providing assurance of quality and compliance within industrial automation, electrical wiring, and HVAC sectors. It accommodates freely suspended travel distances and gliding applications up to 50 meters, classified as Class 2 for movement suitability.

The unscreened construction provides torsion resistance and is silicon-free, reducing oil influence.
