Product Description

Featuring SUS316 stainless steel construction, this fitting offers outstanding resistance to corrosion, especially in chloride environments, surpassing grade 304 steel.

The KQG2 series fittings are 30% smaller and 62% lighter than previous models, allowing for compact and lightweight pneumatic system designs. This particular elbow fitting provides a threaded male R 1/4 inch connection on one side and a push-in connection for 6mm tubing on the other, arranged at a 90° angle. This configuration allows versatile installation options optimized for tight spaces.

Designed for industrial and laboratory environments, it supports a maximum operating pressure of 1 MPa and can function reliably in temperatures ranging from -5°C to 150°C. The fitting supports various tubing materials such as nylon, polyurethane, and PFA, making it suitable for applications involving compressed air, water, and steam.

The FKM seals and grease-free design ensure compatibility with food-grade applications as well as environments requiring chemical resistance, although this model is not rated for chemical-resistant usage. RoHS compliance guarantees adherence to environmental and safety standards.
