GCE 0762590RS Pressure Regulator is a high pressure device designed specifically for nitrogen gas service with a G 5/8 inlet connection, conforming to BS 341 standards. Crafted from chemically stabilised high tensile brass, the regulator ensures durability and corrosion resistance required in demanding industrial environments such as HVAC, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and leak test applications.

The 600/S series regulator features a 40 mm diameter diaphragm made from double layer high grade stainless steel, providing efficient and precise control over nitrogen gas pressure. Accurate bulkhead pressure gauges of 50 mm diameter with an accuracy class of 2.5% are included, facilitating reliable pressure monitoring.

The regulator body, bonnet, and inlet stem components are constructed from high tensile brass compliant with BS-341 standards. It includes a bronze bush to reduce friction, and a stainless steel T-bar with a brass pressure adjusting screw enables easy and stable pressure settings.

Additional features include trouble-free operation ensured by efficient metal filters and transparent powder painted surface for enhanced corrosion resistance. The outlet connections are designed to be compatible with Parker fittings and supplied with JIC fitting outlets suitable for industrial gas applications.

Note that this pressure regulator does not contain a safety valve; any required safety valve must be installed as an independent part downstream of the regulator to comply with safety protocols.
