CRC 32475 Polyurethane Green Foam Aerosol 400 ml is a liquid chemical foam designed for sealing, filling, and bonding in a variety of industrial and construction applications, operating effectively from -40°C to 90°C. This extremely flammable aerosol delivers a fast grip and strong adhesion using a reliable foam delivery system.

The product is chemically composed of castor oil, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, propane, isobutane, ethylene glycol, ethanediol, and other proprietary homologues, ensuring high performance in demanding environments. Its green color enhances visibility during application.

Ideal uses include securing door and window frames, thermal insulation in buildings, and filling cavities while avoiding substrate deformation. The foam expands to fill up to 12 litres from a 400 ml can, providing excellent coverage and efficiency.

Cure time is approximately two hours, with initial handling possible after about 10 minutes, enabling quick progress in industrial, mechanical, electronics, and automation settings. Outdoor application is feasible, provided weather conditions are suitable. The nozzle should be cleaned immediately upon clogging with CRC PU Foam Cleaner to prevent blockages.

Storage of the aerosol in an upright position at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C in dry environments maximizes product shelf life for up to nine months. Provides effective sealing, filling, and bonding capabilities. Dispensed via aerosol for easy and controlled application.
