Product Description
B-type thermocouple is a thermocouple that has two wires connected together at their ends. One wire is called the hot leg and the other is called the cold leg. These are used to measure temperature differences between different points. A thermocouple measures the difference in temperature between two points using the Seebeck effect. This is where electrons move from a hotter area to a colder area. When this happens, the thermocouple's voltage increases.
