CAMDENBOSS RTM5002/12-RED Die Cast Aluminium Enclosure from the 5000 Series offers a high-quality, robust solution for electrical and industrial equipment housing. With an IP54 rating, this enclosure protects internal components from dust ingress and water splashes, making it suitable for many demanding environments.

The enclosure features a red lid and body, constructed from durable die cast aluminium that provides excellent mechanical strength and excellent RFI shielding properties. Its close fitting lids are held firmly in place by M3 screws which screw into tapped holes, creating a fully screened housing that resists electromagnetic interference.

The 5000 Series enclosures withstand temperatures up to 260 degrees Celsius without requiring a gasket and provide shock and impact resistance thanks to the 1.8 mm thick wall construction. Internal slots are designed for easy mounting of printed circuit boards (PCBs), facilitating integration in various electronic and electrical systems.

Measuring 25 mm in height (including a 4 mm thick lid), 101 mm in length, and 50 mm in width, this enclosure is compact yet spacious enough for many types of equipment. Optional gaskets can be added to enhance the ingress protection rating to IP65, suitable for more demanding environmental conditions.

The enclosure is supplied complete with a base, lid, and 14 zinc plated M3 screws. It is designed for easy drilling and machining to accommodate user-specific requirements.
