Scame IP67 red cable mount 3P+PE straight industrial power connector model IP67 is designed for reliable and durable industrial power connections at 63A and 415V. This connector features an IP67 rating that ensures complete protection against dust ingress and water immersion, making it suitable for harsh and demanding environments.
The outer and inner contact carriers are made from a highly durable engineering plastic that provides excellent thermal stability, mechanical strength, and resistance to environmental wear. The nickel plated brass contact pins deliver outstanding corrosion and abrasion resistance, supporting long service life and reliable electrical continuity.
Designed according to BS EN 60529 standards, the IP67 ingress protection guarantees that the connector is fully sealed when mated, aided by moulded EPDM elastomer seals and a secure bayonet locking ring. The rugged cable gland at the rear of the connector provides additional cable clamping and mechanical support.
This industrial power connector is ideal for environments such as heavy industry applications involving blast furnaces, foundries, and mills, where resistance to dust, metal particles, oils, and coolants is essential.
