Product Description
Kelvin screw M12, M14 and M16 are needed for connecting with the 4-wire method to a test object for micro-ohm measurement where Kelvin clamps cannot be used (e.g. because of a contact cluster). The Kelvin screws are then screwed into the threads of the test object after the contacts are unscrewed. It offers two electrically insulated connection points to the test object.
