TE Connectivity 100G0111-0.75-2 is a high-quality Zerohal 100G Series single core hook up wire designed for harsh industrial and aerospace electrical applications. Its 0.75 mm² cross sectional area corresponds to 18 AWG, constructed from 19 strands of 0.23 mm diameter tinned copper conductors. The wire's red jacket is engineered from a low smoke zero halogen compound providing excellent flame retardant, self-extinguishing, and low smoke generation properties which comply with DIN-5510-2 regulations.

This 100 meter length wire is specifically designed to meet VG95218-20 Type-E standards and offers superior flexibility, minimal recoil, and resistance to fluids, making installation easier and more reliable in confined spaces such as aircraft and control panels. Its operational temperature range from -55°C to 125°C allows robust performance in fluctuating environments.
