JG Speedfit PA-RM2218-3M-5B Nylon Pipe is a precision-engineered rigid Nylon 12 tube designed for pneumatic and fluid power applications, especially compressed air ring main systems. The pipe’s blue coloured Nylon 12 material is unplasticised, providing excellent resistance to wear and environmental stress. It supports a working temperature range from 0 to +70°C, withstanding pressures up to 10 bar at 23°C, tapering to 7 bar at 70°C, making it suitable for industrial, manufacturing, and HVAC compressed air installations.

The innovative John Guest push-in fitting system eliminates the need for threaded pipe preparation or solvent application. The fittings, made from engineering plastic (black acetal copolymer) or brass, use nitrile rubber O-rings and a unique collet locking mechanism to securely hold the pipe without deformation or flow restriction.
