Product Description
Stainless Steel Equal Tee (Pressure Range- 1.5~3 bar) means that the branch diameter of this tee is the same as that of the main pipe (Run pipe) of this tee. Designed and constructed in the form of the 'T' alphabet, this type of fitting can be used to connect two horizontal and one vertical pipe. It is used to split a HDPE pipe into two outlets at right angles to the end of the original pipe, or to add in an outlet to a PE Pipe. Electrofusion equal tees are made with an equal size pipe diameter on all three ends.Tees having branch size equal to run size are called equal tees & others as unequal tees or reducing tees. Tees are normally designed based on ASME B16.
