Fluke i3000S Current Probe is a high-performance Rogowski-type clamp designed for accurate AC current measurements up to 3000 amperes. Featuring a voltage output with a BNC connector, this probe is ideal for use with oscilloscopes, recorders, and data loggers in industrial and field environments. It supports a maximum conductor size of 178 mm and offers flexibility and lightweight portability for confined or hard-to-reach installations.
The probe switches between 30 A, 300 A, and 3000 A ranges, enabling versatile scaling for a variety of measurement tasks. Accuracy is maintained at ±1% at 25 °C within the mains frequency range, ensuring precise diagnostics. The 2-meter cable with BNC termination facilitates convenient equipment connection, and the unit operates on two AA batteries, allowing up to 400 hours of continuous use.
Designed for tough environmental conditions, the probe operates safely from -20 °C to 85 °C, making it suitable for use near elevated-temperature conductors. It complies with BS EN 61326 standard and safety category CAT III rated to 600 volts, assuring compliance with industrial safety requirements.
This Current Probe is widely used for power quality analysis with portable oscilloscopes, commissioning of large motors and drives up to 3 kA, and load monitoring through data loggers and recorders. Its lightweight measuring head facilitates troubleshooting in cramped electrical panels and measurements on insulated conductors that exceed standard clamp sizes.
The package includes 2 AA alkaline batteries, a BNC to 4mm plug adapter, and an operator's manual for easy setup and operation. The device’s frequency response ranges from 10 Hz to 50 kHz with minimal phase error, providing reliable readings across a broad band.
Measures up to 3000 A AC rms for large system diagnostics. Switchable 30 A / 300 A / 3000 A ranges for versatile scaling. ±1% accuracy at 25 °C for precise mains measurements. Output voltage sensitivity selectable for direct instrument input.
2-meter cable with BNC connector for easy equipment hookup. Powered by 2 AA batteries with approximately 400 hours life. Operating temperature range from -20 °C to 85 °C. Safety rating of CAT III 600 V and standard BS EN 61326 compliance.
Includes BNC to banana plug adaptor and operator’s manual. Explore EnvMart's range of Fluke measuring instruments for reliable and precise industrial and laboratory electrical testing solutions.
