Heico Unalloyed Steel Delta Protect Wedge Lock Washers M20 RoHS H-HLS-20

Heico H-HLS-20 unalloyed steel Delta Protect wedge lock washers are premium components designed for bolted joints that face high dynamic loads and vibration stresses. Featuring a unique wedge lock mechanism, these washers secure bolt fastenings by preload force rather than relying on friction, ensuring reliability and safety in critical applications.

Manufactured from unalloyed steel with a durable Delta Protect finish, the washers resist corrosion and wear, making them suitable for harsh mechanical and industrial environments. They are compatible with M20 screws or bolts, offering an external diameter of 30.7mm and an inside diameter of 21.4mm, with a thickness of 3.7mm, conforming to RoHS environmental standards.

The product is supplied as a pre-assembled pair, facilitating straightforward installation and removal without damage or loss of function, promoting reuse and cost-efficiency. Their reusable nature and compatibility with dynamic loads, both with and without lubricants, make them versatile for a broad range of industrial applications.

Typical uses include automotive assemblies, mechanical engineering projects, railway infrastructure, wind energy systems, as well as agriculture and forestry machinery. The high-quality construction and German origin ensure consistent performance under demanding conditions.
