Product Description

Heico H-HLS-8 Unalloyed Steel Delta Protect Wedge Lock Washers are precision-engineered Mechanical Fasteners designed to provide reliable anti-vibration locking for bolted assemblies. Featuring an external diameter of 13.5 mm and inside diameter of 8.6 mm, these M8 wedge lock washers deliver secure preload retention using force rather than friction, ensuring high clamp force maintenance under dynamic load conditions.

Constructed from high-quality unalloyed steel with a Delta Protect finish and manufactured to grade A4 standards, these washers are re-usable and maintain function and quality even after multiple uses. Their thickness of 2.7 mm contributes to durability and excellent locking characteristics.

This product is RoHS compliant, certifying it meets strict standards limiting hazardous substances. The washers are supplied as a pre-assembled pair, simplifying installation and removal processes in demanding mechanical applications.

The H-HLS-8 washers are widely applied across industries such as automotive manufacturing, mechanical engineering projects, railway system components, wind energy technology, and agricultural and forestry machinery where vibration resistance and secure fastening are critical.

The wedge lock design secures bolt fastenings by preload force, not friction. Durable unalloyed steel construction with protective Delta finish. Reusable without loss of quality or function. Suitable for dynamic loads, with or without lubrication.

Supplied as a pre-assembled pair for ease of installation. Compliant with RoHS environmental and safety standards. Ideal for automotive, mechanical, railway, wind energy, agricultural, and forestry applications.

These washers are engineered for industrial and commercial use, providing reliable performance in environments demanding anti-vibration security in bolted joints. Explore more lock washers and fastening solutions in EnvMart's Industrial Tools & Equipment category.
