Igus CF240 chainflex Data Cable 3 Cores 0.14mm² (26 AWG), screened, with a grey thermoplastic elastomer sheath and a length of 50 meters, is engineered for demanding dynamic industrial environments requiring high abrasion resistance and chemical protection.
This control cable utilizes stranded copper conductors to provide excellent flexibility and durability. Its TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) jacket shields the core against challenging industrial conditions including oils, chemicals, and mechanical wear.
The patented bundled core design enables the cable to maintain a small bend radius, making it ideal for space-saving installations such as cable carriers (e-chains) and flexible conduit applications.
With a maximum operating temperature of 70°C and a voltage rating of 300/500V, it supports a wide range of control cable applications. The cable is oil resistant (Class 4), flame retardant to IEC 60332-1-2 standards, and silicone-free, meeting RoHS-II directives and cleanroom classification ISO Class 1.
