Product Description
Igus CF130.15.25.UL (50m) Control Cable is a 25-core armoured cable designed for industrial use, featuring 1.5mm² (15 AWG) stranded copper conductors. It is encased in a durable grey thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) sheath that provides enhanced abrasion resistance and excellent performance in harsh chemical and oil environments.
This control cable is designed for medium duty applications where oils do not heavily influence the environment, making it ideal for indoor use or outdoor applications where temperatures do not drop below freezing. Typical applications include manufacturing lines, wood and stone processing, packaging systems, supply systems, handling, and adjustment equipment.
The cable supports voltage ratings of 300/500 V and withstands operating temperatures from -15°C minimum to 70°C maximum. Its patented bundled core design ensures an exceptionally small bend radius, making it perfectly suited for installation in energy chains (echains), permitting long travel distances up to 400m. It is oil resistant at Class 4 level, providing almost unlimited resistance against oils and bio-oils.
The cable is flame retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2 and related standards, silicone-free as per PV 3.10.7 status 1992, and complies with UL/CSA styles 10493 and 20200 along with NFPA 79-2018 Chapter 12.9 requirements. It is RoHS-II lead-free compliant with directive 2011/65/EC and supports ISO Class 1 clean room standards. The product is CE marked under 2014/35/EU.
