This patch panel supports Cat5e LAN category cables of 26 to 22 AWG solid conductors, making it versatile for various Ethernet applications including Gigabit Ethernet (1000BASE-T), Fast Ethernet (100BASE-TX), and standard Ethernet (10BASE-T).
The panel features dual-type IDC headers positioned 180° from the RJ45 ports, facilitating easy and reliable termination using standard 110-type punch tools. Its high-impact, flame-retardant plastic housing offers robust mechanical protection in demanding industrial or commercial environments.
For optimal cable management, each RJ45 port is numbered clearly on the front, allowing fast identification and reducing maintenance time. The wiring is colour coded for both T568A and T568B standards, ensuring broad compatibility with different cabling schemes.
Contacts are constructed with tin-plated nickel and gold-plated phosphor bronze, enhancing conductivity and ensuring excellent signal integrity. Suitable for deployment in industrial, commercial, and LAN network setups, it operates reliably in ambient temperatures from -10°C to +50°C.
