RS PRO 832-0273 White PLA 3D Printer Filament features a 2.85 mm diameter with a material weight of 1 kg, manufactured in Spain for use with common desktop FDM 3D printers.

PLA is an eco-friendly polymer made from renewable natural resources like corn and sugar cane, known for its ease of printing, dimensional accuracy, and environmental benefits. This filament is slightly modified to improve toughness and reduce brittleness compared to regular PLA. It has a low shrinkage factor which guarantees minimal deformation after cooling, making it reliable for precise and smooth prints.

The filament prints effectively within a range of 180°C to 210°C without the necessity of a heated bed. If using a heated bed, temperatures between 35°C and 60°C are recommended for optimal results.
