Our benchtop Bead One HF Semi-Automatic Fusion Device uses high-frequency induction technology to offer maximum flexibility and accuracy in the preparation of 39 mm diameter glass beads for XRF analysis. Suited for use with cement, slag, ores, and ferroalloys with a feed size of 200 micrometers, its technology enables complex multi-step fusion processes and shortens preparation times.The high-frequency induction method used by our Bead One HF allows fast and instantaneous heating of the melt to the set temperature. The system operates without inertia, making it possible to undergo complex preparation cycles that require precise temperature ramp-up. This is particularly useful for preparation procedures that depend upon several different oxidation and fusion steps of exactly defined temperatures and times
- The safety door on our Bead One HF is locked during the entire fusion and cooling process to keep operators safe
- Due to its small-footprint design, our Bead One HF can be set up flexibly at any location
