Product Description
Laboratory Environmental Chamber: All purpose chamber confirming to stricter specifications, specifically designed for drying environment of plant and animal growth, investigation of vapour, proofness of packed materials, determinations of di-electric strength, insulation tests of electrical components and many other tests requiring an atmosphere of controlled temp. and humidity. The sturdy double walled construction provides a pleasing get up.The interior walls are made of heavy gauge Stainless Steel 304 Qlty. The exterior is made of heavy gauge Mild Steel finished in Epoxy Powder Coating. Insulation of 63mm by puff. The door is of massive construction having window and seals against atmospheric infiltration by resilient asbestos and rubber gasket.The temperature can be controlled from 10 C to 60 C +/- 2 C and humidity 55% to 95% +/- 5% is controlled by an automatic microprocessed Electronic Controller with digital display of temperature and humidity.Temperature below ambient is created by a hermetically sealed compressor (CFC FREE) complete with its all accessories provided at the bottom of the unit. Two water tank of Stainless Steel 304 qlty. have been provided in the cabinet. The humidity inside the chamber is created natural mist through heat, vapour with suitable automatic voltage stabilizer. Heated water vapours are also circulated through blower. With servo Voltage Stabilizer. We have provided and exhaust fan in the control panel to take out heat as well as humidity with inside panel for the safety of the components inside on control panel. and extra water storage tank has been provided at the top which should be filled by distilled water only for the long life of heating element and lower water tank.
